Greetings! I’m Todd – A commercial real estate adviser and broker.

I began my real estate career as a leasing agent working for owners of multiple medical office buildings. After several years of learning the business from the Landlords side of the table, I expanded my horizons and began working with medical tenants as well. Now, with several years of experience working with both Landlords and Tenants, I really enjoy the diversity of working on each side of a lease negotiation. Understanding the thought processes of both sides helps me negotiate more efficiently and better communicate the nuances of different leases to my clients.

Continuing to specialize in medical office and also working in general office leasing, I strive to make each client feel like my only client. By learning about and fully understanding my client’s business needs, either as a business owner or building owner, I am able to recognize and present appropriate opportunities. Clients benefit from this expertise by saving time and hassle during prolonged property searches and negotiations.

Before entering the world of commercial real estate, I had a long career as a paramedic-firefighter and spent a few years volunteering as a flight paramedic for Flight for Life Colorado, a non-profit medical evacuation and transport program based in Denver. I have also owned my own businesses and managed accounts for a large software company. Through these experiences, I have developed skills in information gathering, critical decision making and communication – all help me to better grasp my clients’ concerns and business obstacles and help them to make the best decision for their business.
